Is any of our online analytics data used for Acua shared with/sold to third parties?
No. Your data is just for you. We sell no data. We combine no data across companies using Acua. We provide your data to no third parties.
Do you store our data in any way?
Yes, we store the same data as stored by Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram in their analytics platforms. Concerning the security of your data, there is an account management system where you control who has access to your data, the system sits on dedicated servers behind organizational fireworks. The system uses SSL certificates.
How do I sign-up to use Acua?
Go to acua.qcri.org/ and click the Sign-up icon.
How do I generate segments?
Click the Create Project icon. Follow the steps for project creation.
Who do I contact with questions?
